Full Circle Farm offers a variety of educational opportunities throughout the year. Most clinics and workshops are planned out well in advance, but periodically new events are added. Check the Full Circle Farm Facebook for more details about all of our upcoming events. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to our monthly Google Doc calendar for up to date information and registration for events and lessons.
A 50% deposit is required to book your spot in any event. The balance is due two weeks before the first day of the event. For all Full Circle Farm/Courtney Trares clinics, workshops and events, deposit checks should be made out to Full Circle Farm and mailed to Courtney Trares 5180 Grange Hall Rd, Holly, MI 48442. You may also choose to send you deposit via PayPal using email email@example.com. Participant is responsible for any PayPal fees if they apply. Visiting instructors often require deposit checks made out to and mailed directly to them. Please check with us prior to paying for clinics and events taught by a visiting instructor.
Full Circle Farm & Courtney Trares have the following cancellation policy for lessons and events.
Lessons will only be canceled in the case of an emergency or extreme weather conditions. Lessons can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to a scheduled lesson without penalty. Lessons canceled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of value of the lesson. Lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of value of the lesson.
Clinics, courses and workshops will only be canceled in the case of unexpected emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. If you are unable to attend an event you have signed up for there will be no penalty if your spot is filled from the wait-list or if you can fill your spot. If your spot can’t be filled from the wait-list and your cancellation notice is more than 2 weeks in advance of the event, the full event fee can be applied to another future event within 6 months of the original event. If cancellation notice is given less than 2 weeks ahead of the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining 50% can be applied to an event within the next 6 months. In the event of cancellation due to an emergency, full amount can be applied to future event within 6 months regardless of when cancellation notice is given.
Cancellation policies for visiting instructor events are set by the visiting instructor.
